Holidays in Lanzarote – Island of Fire
Lanzarote in the Canary Islands has long been a hot favourite with tourists.

Getting To Lanzarote
Lanzarote is just four hours flying time from the UK. With flights available from all major British airports. The island is also very popular with tourists from Eire and Germany.
Getting Around Lanzarote
Public bus services on Lanzarote are limited. Whilst the island is too mountainous to make cycling enjoyable for all but the super fit. So the best way to tour and sighstee is to hire a car. With prices starting from around €15 per day.
Best Time To Visit
The weather in Lanzarote is good all year round. Temperatures average 20 Celsius and rainfall is low. Wind however can be a problem – as during the period from April to August the Trade Winds buffet the island. Visit Lanzarote during September and October to enjoy the best of the weather.
